The plan for this years house was designed by Huron High School drafting student Dan Lynch, working with drafting instructor, Ray Zawacki and local architect, David Peters, of Peters Architectural group.

This is the 31 st quality home built by the students of the Ann Arbor Student Building Industry Program, Inc. It is a traditional style/ul landscaped lot, in the Foxfire Subdivision./

It is a spacious 2500 plus sq. ft., two-story home with a brick and vinyl siding exterior. It features Pella windows and doors with a l/ck./

There are four bedrooms on the second floor, including a large master bedroom with walk-in closet and master bathroom. The master bath / double bowl sinks and vanities. It also features large mirror/and ceramic tile floors. The main bath has a fiberglass tub/shower combination, double bowl sinks, vanities, and a ceramic tile floor. The second floor landing is accented by a beautiful stained oak balcony railing with painted
spindles.//

The first floor features a family room with a natural gas fireplace, living room, formal dining area, laundry room with several wall and base cabinets and a half bath. The front entrance features an open two-story foyer with ceramic tile floor, stained oak banister and handrails. The kitchen includes solid maple cabinets, generous counter space, two pantry cabinets, recessed lighting and a breakfast area with a sliding door, which opens onto a spacious deck. The kitchen comes complete with dishwasher, oven/range and range hood.
The house features carpet throughout the living areas on the first and second floors, solid vinyl in the laundry room, 1/2 bath and hal/ finished oak floor in the kitchen and breakfast area./

Other features include a 24' x 24' garage, 90% energy efficient gas furnace/air conditioning system, cable TV and phone outlets in all rooms. The basement has 8' ceilings and is pre-plumbed for a full bathroom.
